Jiyan, leader of the Midnight Rangers, acts with swift and resolute righteousness. He possesses the formidable ability to conjure a powerful Qingloong from the winds, making him invincible on the battlefield.

Jiyan is the General of Midnight Rangers stationed in Jinzhou, embracing strong sense of justice and resolution. Born in a family devoted to medicine, Jiyan is both skilled and attentive. Later, in a bid to fend off the encroaching Tacet Discords, he relinquished his role in medicine and took up arms as a soldier.

Medicine Box

Jiyan’s enlistment in the army came with a gift from his mother – a medicine box shaped like a Terminal. She feared he would become a killer on the battlefield and reminded him of his role as a healer. He later used it to carry necessary medicines, just in case.

Forte Circuit: Qingloong at War

When casting Resonance Skill Windqueller, if Jiyan has 30 or more Resolve, he consumes 30 Resolve to increase the DMG of this Resonance Skill Windqueller by 20%.
When Jiyan is in Qingloong Mode, DMG of Resonance Skill Windqueller is increased by 20% and no longer consumes Resolve.

Resonance Liberation: Emerald Storm – Finale
When casting Resonance Liberation Emerald Storm – Prelude, if Jiyan has 30 Resolve or more, he will consume 30 Resolve to cast Emerald Storm – Finale, dealing Aero DMG, considered as Heavy Attack DMG.
Emerald Storm: Finale can be cast in mid-air at low altitude.
