Community Guidelines

  2. The User agrees not to impersonate another person or organization, which may constitute a crime of impersonation under the Spanish Penal Code.
  3. The User agrees not to harass any other User and to use respectful and non-offensive language to other Users.

Copyright / Intellectual Property

If you are a copyright holder or an agent of a copyright holder and you believe that a user submission or other content on our Website infringes your copyright of intellectual property copyrights, you may submit an abuse report or DMCA to copyright@mardukrpgs.com for review. We do not require you to send a formal DMCA, a simple email explaining that the issue is sufficient. A DMCA email requires the following information: a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed identification of the copyrighted work infringed information sufficient to establish contact with you, such as: address, telephone number and email address a statement confirming that the information provided is accurate under penalty of perjury and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Exclusion of Liability

  1. User understands that by using the Website, MARDUKRPGS is not responsible for the accuracy, usefulness, safety or intellectual property rights of or relating to the User Submissions. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The obligations, rights and conditions described in this document are subject to the legislation , in case of conflict, the competent courts and tribunals will be those of Almeria.
